Holded plans start at €7.50/month (Plus with 50% off the first 3 months; then €15/month, excl. VAT). Basic (€29/month) adds more banks and 2 users. Standard (€59/month) automates processes and allows up to 3,000 invoices per year. All include Verifactu at no extra cost. We help you choose based on invoice volume and whether you work with an accountant.
You subscribe directly with Holded. We charge for implementation and configuration.

How much does Holded cost?
From €7.50/month (Plus plan with 50% off the first 3 months; €15/month after, excl. VAT). Higher plans for more users and invoices: Basic €29/month, Standard €59/month. 14-day free trial, no card required.
Does it include Verifactu?
Yes, all plans include Verifactu at no extra cost. We activate the configuration so your invoices comply with AEAT requirements and generate the fiscal QR code.
Do I need accounting knowledge?
Holded simplifies the basics, but if your tax situation is complex it is worth reviewing the setup with your accountant. We can invite your firm with shared access so you both work from the same data.
What does implementation with WorkWise include?
Full account setup, templates, bank, taxes, and Verifactu, plus training to master the essentials. See our digitalization packs from €270.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Holded lets you scale with no lock-in. If your invoice volume or users grow, we move you to a higher plan.
Are there extra costs beyond the plan?
Optional modules like inventory (€25/month) or POS (€25/store/month). Base plan prices are excl. VAT and some 303 automations may have an additional cost.
