Owner intellectual property includes: source code, technical architecture, templates, components, systems, and other development elements created or adapted for the project, unless an express transfer is agreed.
If the client stops using the service, they may keep their domain and content. The website will cease to operate on the owner's technical base until maintenance is agreed, code is transferred, or a new development is carried out with another provider.
